VISION & STRATEGY

Our vision for The Loft can be stated as: The Loft Wesleyan Church (CCC) is a thriving Christian community that is Biblically sound and apologetically confident. “Thriving” means life is flowing, people are growing, and new life is springing up. “Christian” means we are followers of Christ, Jesus of Nazareth, the Son of God. “Community” means we recognize that our interactions with one another are central to our walk with God. “Biblically sound” means it is our desire that we recognize and proclaim that the Bible is the authoritative and sufficient Word of God, given to us that we may know His ways, and walk in them. “Apologetically confident” means that we grow in knowledge of His word, and desire to be comfortable to “provide an answer for anyone who asks us about this hope that we have within us.” (1 Peter 3:15) It is by the Love of God, and our Faith in Christ, by which we are saved: We believe those marvelous truths must show through us in our love for others, our reliance on Christ, our Joy in the Holy Spirit.
